By creating an account or using FruDAO Fit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to use FruDAO Fit. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Some features require a premium subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through our website (frudaofit.online), not through the app. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time on the website, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
New users may receive a limited free trial. Trial length and availability may change. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using premium features.
You retain ownership of the meals, workouts, photos, and posts you submit. You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide and improve the app features you use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
You agree not to misuse the app, including uploading unlawful or harmful content, violating others' rights, attempting to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineering the app.
FruDAO Fit provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, and before starting any fitness or nutrition program. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or use in this app. You use the app at your own risk.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
